Nathalie cooks with passion and devotion, which championed her The Golden Cauldron Award in 2014 for the Best All-Round Restaurant in MIGF, being the first independent restaurant AND the first female chef to have bagged the award. Chef Nathalie always places an emphasis on never repeating her dishes when it comes to catering for events. Nathalie conducts her cooking classes at her studio – the perfect environment with a state-of-the-art open kitchen. Her classes begin with a discussion of the recipe, the ingredients, followed by creating the dish, and ending with degustation – an appreciative tasting of the cooked meal, with a special focus on the senses, the art behind the creation, and the company present. Her cooking classes have become a favorite activity for intimate company team buildings as her studio can accommodate up to 25 pax. If you are planning a team building event, Nathalie Gourmet Studio would love to play host and provide you with a unique culinary experience. If you meet their minimum spend requirements for your event, Nathalie’s will waive the venue rental.
Nathalie conducts special events every two weeks at the restaurant with a specialized menu for occasions like Valentines Day and Easter menu to name a few. Another interesting event which took place at Nathalie’s that is worth mentioning is the food movie event which took place last year. We bet you’re probably wondering what a food movie event is all about but let us assure you, it is exactly what it sounds like. Food and movie and an event all about it!
Have you ever watched Babette’s Feast and wondered, wouldn’t it be great to have even a nibble of what they eat? Well, hate to break it to you but Nathalie created the exact same dishes, each and every one of it at this very event. The event was to promote food movies and what better way to do so other than recreating the ambiance of the movie at the restaurant, think candelabra, chandeliers, and classical music to complete the 1800s theme. Here’s the bit that we were most baffled about, the food was served according to when it was presented in the movie!
