Celebrate DAD at Nathalie’s Gourmet Studio

It’s that time of the year where we celebrate all the great things Dads do all year long. On the 17th and 18th of June, Chef Nathalie Arbefeuille of Nathalie’s Gourmet Studio will honour all dads with a special 4-course fine dining menu. Kick off the evening with delicious finger food, mouth-watering starters, main course, and end on a sweet note with dessert.

Roasted Foie Gras and Duck Ham Terrine, Corn Brioche, Dry Fruit Chutney 

Pan-Seared Hokkaido Scallop, French white Asparagus, Hollandaise Espuma 


Beef Tenderloin “en Croute”, Glazed Vegetables, Beef Jus; OR Revised Bouillabaisse, Fishes and Seafood, Rouille and Croutons; AND

Red Fruits Schuss, Red Fruit Sorbet
